Tim brings over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and financial analysis. As the owner of Lambert’s Ironworks, he focuses on operational excellence, disciplined growth, and delivering quality work that reflects the pride and craftsmanship behind every project. Before acquiring Lambert’s, Tim built his career in institutional finance and business operations. He worked at J.P. Morgan and Ariel Investments before co-founding a healthcare company and later leading M&A and strategic growth initiatives at a multi-state healthcare platform. His background in analysis and execution helps him bring structure, accountability, and long-term focus to a company built on craftsmanship and integrity. A CFA Charterholder with a BBA from Baruch College, Tim is passionate about creating lasting value through strong teams and quality materials. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, exploring new restaurants with his wife, and spending time with their two young sons.
