Tim brings over a decade of experience across strategy, operations, finance, and business ownership. As the owner of Lambert’s Ironworks, he focuses on operational excellence, disciplined growth, and building systems that support long-term quality and consistency.
Before acquiring Lambert’s, Tim worked in institutional finance at J.P. Morgan and Ariel Investments before co-founding and later exiting a healthcare services company. He later supported M&A and strategic growth initiatives for a multi-state healthcare platform.
His background in analysis, operations, and process design helps bring structure, accountability, and long-term thinking to a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and service.
Tim is a CFA Charterholder and earned his BBA in Finance from Baruch College. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, exploring new restaurants with his wife, and spending time with their two young sons.
